When I was in high school (many many moons ago), I spent about $300 on my prom dress, only to find myself today asking "why?!". Most girls will wear their prom dress once, and some girls end up going to multiple proms, so why spend all the money on a dress?! I found some super cute prom dresses for under $100 at JCPenney, and showcased the dresses on TWIN CITIES LIVE yesterday!
